Vilnius municipality declares that it prevented a change of a purpose of land parcel which was requested by a company MG Valda, back in February. MG Valda has requested to change the purpose from infrastructure to construction of residential buildings in the part of land parcel which has been leased to it by AB „Lietuvos radijo ir televizijos centras“. Municipality blocked the request due to the fact that there is ongoing investigation in General Prosecutors office, requested by the Anticorruption commission of the Parlament, if the lease in itself is legal and also it has been stopped due to the fact that there are forests of State importance.

The Disciplinary Commission of the Ministry of Justice will examine two disciplinary proceedings against the bailiff Kaspars Seleckis - one about ethical violations, and the other - on possible infringements of regulations. The bailiff accepted cases and carried out enforcement actions for the real estate company with whom he had shared the same premises. The events of the case are related to one particular property in Jūrmala, where the real estate firm is trying to get rid of tenant, who is considered as fictitious. At the same time the firm is also trying to get parts of the joint ownership for a small money that it does not own yet.

The Ministry bought a new plan to further improve the surroundings of Felcsut (the place the Prime Minister spent most of his childhood). The plan is to build a new museum on the hillside by the botanical garden. The designer of the museum explained that he chose the location, for its popular botanical garden. The professional circles believe that the designer of the museum is a "troll" and only submitted his application ironically. But he forgot that when it comes to Felcsut the ministry never jokes.
