Czech judge Ondřej Havlín is accused from corruption, because according to prosecutor he charged bribes to get offenders out of accusation. The case involves also Jaroslav Kříž and advocate Karel Matějka.

Detektivové chtějí Dbalého žalovat pro další korupci

Former head of the hospital Na Homolce, Vladimír Dbalý is accused of corruption cases in which he influenced public contracts for the hospital. Accused is also accountant Emília Bialešova, former hospital director Zdenek Čap and Josefa Kantůrka. It is still not clear who and why installed bugging device including hidden cameras in the Prague headquarters of CID, which among other things deals with suspection of subsidy fraud in the construction of Prime Minister' luxury farm Stork's Nest (Čapí hnízdo). The whole affair is currently investigating by General inspection of security forces (GIBS).

The Finance Ministry' auditors completed the review of the fifty million subsidy for Capi hnizdo (Stork's Nest) Farm. The report shows that the auditors can't neither confirm nor deny suspicion on connection between Capi hnizdo farm and Agrofert (company owned by Minister of Finance Andrej Babis). The law does not allow the auditors to examine companies that have not received a subsidy.

The Municipal Court in Prague after more than a year break, has returned to alleged cases of corruption in the purchase of Pandur armored vehicles, in which the indicted lobbyist Marek Dalik. According the prosecution, he asked for a bribe of 480 million for ensuring the smooth progress of negotiations between the company and the state.
