Former director of Prague's hospital Na Homolce Vladimir Dbalý was indicted. He demanded a bribe at the overpriced purchase of Leksell Gamma Knife. Vladimír Dbalý and his deputy Michael Toběrný were covered by a high official of the Ministry of Health. Former director faces up to twelve years in prison. He also wrote a diary, which led to corruption and that police found on his computer.

The European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) started to deal with the suspicion that the company Agrofert, belonging to Czech Minister of Finance Andrej Babis (ANO), changed the hidden lobbying in government rules of the grants in their favor.

The Office for the Protection of Competition (ÚOHS) canceled the advisory agreement between the Transport Ministry and the company Deloitte Advisory. The Ministry awarded the contract in violation of the law on public procurement. The Transport Ministry did not publish a notice of initiation of the procurement procedur. Minister disagrees with the decision and also refers to the re-investigation.

EU Commissioner for Justice Vera Jourová criticizing the absence of key documents in a case around the farm Čapí hnízdo, belonging to the Agrofert Holding to Andrej Babis. The company had to deliver documents to the auditors for determining who was the owner at the time, which asked for European subsidies.

Judge Ondřej Havlín was punished for the illegal influencing of criminal proceedings in favor of the perpetrators, mostly drunk drivers.The influencing included the request, offering or giving a bribe. Crime helped uncover interceptions. The case of former Judge Ondřej Havlín is not over yet. The District Prosecutor's Office for Prague 6 began investigating whether the plaintiff Pavel Suchanek took a bribe from Havlín.

The former coach of Czech ice-hockey representation and nowadays head of extraleague club Chomutov Vladimír Růžička, wanted to keep a total of half a million crowns, which twice came from businessman Miroslav Palaščák as alleged sponsorship for the club Slavia Prague.
